Business Trading Name

The name that will appear on your statement will be SmartFoods Limited.

Shipping Rates

Don’t you just love getting parcels? We are working with PBT Couriers to make sure that when we send a parcel it arrives where it needs to and when you expect it. One flat fee of $5 is added for delivery to ensure you are receiving the best service.

Currently we do not deliver internationally – if you are interested in deliveries outside NZ please enquire by phoning 0800 328 935 or email MFK@smartfoods.co.nz

Returns & Refunds

We aim to make completely delicious and mighty food that you will love. If you have any questions or comments get in touch – we would love to hear from you. 0800 328 935 or MFK@smartfoods.co.nz.

Please make sure you call within 2 weeks of delivery and we will provide refunds in the form of replacement product for any quality issues. Please do make sure you contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

Unfortunately you may not cancel an order once it is placed. Refunds, or replacements are only available if quality issues arise.

Placement of an order is acceptance of these conditions.

Security Policy

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally. More information can be found at www.paymentexpress.com. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. We do not store your credit card information and we are PCI compliant.
